Heat pump compressor: 10-year parts and labour warranty (with Wi-Fi controller) or 7-year parts and labour warranty (with non-Wi-Fi controller).
Valves and fittings (including relief valve): up to 5-year warranty.

All STCs and VEECs are assigned to SDHW as a point-of-sale discount for supply-and-install pricing.
Melbourne pricing includes applicable incentives such as STC, VEEC and the Solar Victoria rebate of $1,000.00 – $1,400.00 (where eligible). Please note that the increased rebate of $1,400.00 applies under special conditions for approved Australian-made products.
New South Wales Installations
All STCs and ESCs are assigned to SDHW as a point-of-sale discount for supply-and-install pricing.
South Australia Installations
All STCs and REPS incentives are assigned to SDHW as a point-of-sale discount for supply-and-install pricing.
Adelaide pricing includes applicable incentives such as STC and the SA REPS rebate (where eligible).
